We got a new Lego set for Easter. We got it in an Easter egg hunt. Character Queen and I found the pieces to it in eggs. It was a little bit absurd because we were finding Lego pieces in eggs, but it was still quite cool. The set is an imagination kit; that means that you can build a lot of things with the pieces. It comes in one cardboard box. The cardboard box was not in an Easter egg, though – it was kind of too big for an Easter egg. Mom gave us the cardboard box that had some of the bigger pieces in it.
My sister made a house and a car. I made a house and part of a plane. You can build pretty much anything with it because it has a lot of different types of pieces. Some of the pieces are curved; it has some propellers, wheels, a few clear blocks, and some roof pieces. There’s every color in the rainbow.
I’m wanting to build lots and lots of weird things with it, like a balcony with barely anything to hold it up with. It did come with an idea book. I plan to use it some, but not a whole lot. I’m going to tear things apart after I build them, because my sister will want some of the parts. Of course, I’ll want some of her parts, so we’ll trade.
I absolutely love this Lego set. I think kids from 4-18 would probably like it, because all ages would enjoy building with their imaginations.
