We went to Hollywood Studios. It is part of Disney World, which has four parks – Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, and Hollywood Studios. It is located in Orlando, Florida. It is a really fun theme park. I have been there multiple times and I loved it every single time.
I love the Jedi Training. You need to get there really early to sign up, but anyone can watch the kids doing it. You also get to fight a Sith lord. The training process is you go and get a Jedi robe and lightsaber, then you go to the place where it is held. There are some people who are there to teach you. They teach you to hit your lightsaber on their right, then left, you duck, then cut to the head. This was pretty easy. You got in a line and then kept going in it until it was your turn to fight the Sith lord. Then you did the “right, left, duck, cut to the head.” I fought against Darth Vader. It went well – I won.
There are video games that you can play in a little room that goes into the “Path of the Jedi.” It is a 2D film. These video games are different Star Wars characters fighting, usually on the same team. I love them!
Star Tours is a simulator ride and there’s 3D glasses for it. It’s like you’re in Star Tours that’s supposed to be a fun, relaxed ride, but we run into Imperial trouble, and there’s always one rebel spy on board. My sister, Character Queen, was the spy twice in a row. I was it zero. Sad, but I might get chosen today if we go.
I am really enjoying our Disney World visits. There are lots of other fun things in Hollywood Studios, too. I’m wanting to do Star Tours again!
