We went to a fall festival at Cox Farms. We used to go a lot when we lived in the area. It’s a really fun place with lots of slides and apple cider. I love apple cider! We went with our friends Armory and Wizard. We were friends from church when we lived in the area.
We went to hay tunnels. They were so cool! They were tunnels under a big mound of hay that interlaced with each other, so it was basically like a big underground maze. We were playing a game where the “it” counted to ten and the other people hid. “It” tried to find you and tag you. If you got tagged once, you had three seconds to run away; twice, you had three seconds to run away; third time, you’re “it” and have to count to ten. Armory was always “it.”
There was a pumpkin drop – that’s where they drop pumpkins and they explode. Some pumpkins were filled with water, one with flour. The water one was my favorite!!
There were a ton of big slides. My favorite was the dinosaur one. It was my favorite because it went up, down, up, down, up, down. It was terrifyingly awesome!
I really like Foamhenge. Foamhenge was a giant model of Stonehenge except made out of foam.
There was also a random and fun hayride. There was a witch’s thing with aliens, and a Star Wars thing with aliens. They seem to be into aliens here.
There was an obstacle course with an easy part, a medium part, and a hard part. I did the medium part, and this was to a really fun rope swing!
We went to Cornundrum. We have no pictures of this, so you cannot see what it is like with our pictures, but it was a path through the corn with interesting things along the way. There was an old school bus and we went inside. I don’t know how to describe it, but it was AWESOME! The walls and floors and ceiling were all turning circles around you.
I hope I can go there again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
